  • Du unterstützt maßgeblich bei der Organisation und Koordination aller in der TAM stattfindenden Trainings, Weiterbildungsprogramme und Events - von der Vorbereitung in unseren New Work Trainingsflächen über die Betreuung vor Ort bis hin zur Nachbereitung unserer Trainings
  • Du bist das Gesicht der TAM während der Trainings, das Sprachrohr vom Trainingsraum ins Unternehmen und pflegst und managst die Beziehungen zu unseren Teilnehmenden, Trainer:innen, Kooperationspartnern und Dienstleistern
  • Du arbeitest aktiv an spannenden Projekten der TAM Akademie, die unsere Trainingsprozesse optimieren und im operativen Management können wir uns auf dich als Teammitglied verlassen
  • Du lebst und förderst die wertschätzende und wachstumsorientierte Kultur unserer TAM

Dein Profil

  • Du möchtest ab 2027 ein Praktikum bei uns starten, den genauen Startzeitpunkt stimmen wir individuell mit dir ab
  • Du hast studierst oder eine hast eine Ausbildung im Bereich Wirtschaftspsychologie, Erwachsenenbildung, Eventmanagement, Hotellerie oder etwas ganz anderes.
  • Du hast eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität sowie eine starke Team- und Serviceorientierung
  • Du hast eine eigenständige und ordentliche Arbeitsweise, übernimmst gerne und schnell Verantwortung und ergreifst die Initiative
  • Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent und beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch flüssig in Wort und fehlerfrei in Schrift
  • Du bringst mind. 5 Monate mit, ob freiwilliges und/oder Pflichtpraktikum
  • Du wohnst in Berlin oder hast Lust, die Stadt neu für dich zu entdecken und strebst nach einer lebendigen Office-Kultur
