Das bieten wir dir Im Wesentlichen verwaltest du im Auftrag von Tamedia unsere Kundenbeziehungen und kannst dabei auf ein vielfältiges Portfolio an Lösungen zurückgreifen. In deinem Handeln bist du weitgehend frei. In deinem Arbeitsalltag pflegst du regelmässig den Kontakt zu angrenzenden Bereichen wie Marketing und Redaktion. Zudem arbeitest du auch in anderen Bereichen unserer Kundenbetreuung mit, sodass du dein Know\-how bei uns laufend weiterentwickeln kannst.

Das machst du bei uns/ deine Aufgaben

* Du hast eine kreative Ader, um originelle Lösungen für Kundenprobleme zu finden.

* Du sprichst fliessend Deutsch und Schweizerdeutsch, sehr gute ösischkenntnisse (zwingend)

* Als echter News\-Fan interessierst du dich für die unterschiedlichsten Themen und bist immer auf dem neusten Stand.

* Dank deiner kontaktfreudigen, einfühlsamen und geduldigen findest du leicht den richtigen Ton für jeden Kunden und jede Kundin.

* Du legst grossen Wert auf Qualität und bist fest davon überzeugt, dass unser Produkt das beste ist.

* Du zeigst Durchhaltevermögen.
