Bij tamigo zijn wij dé vertrouwde partner voor Workforce Management in heel Europa. We helpen bekende internationale retail- en horecamerken om hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden efficiënter en transparanter te maken.

Als onze nieuwe Medewerker customerservice ben jij van cruciaal belang voor het succes van de bedrijfsvoering van onze klanten in de Benelux-markt. Dit gaat niet alleen om het oplossen van tickets — elke dag speel je detective: een klant loopt tegen een probleem aan, jij duikt erin, achterhaalt wat er werkelijk aan de hand is en zet dat om in een oplossing. Jouw werk bepaalt rechtstreeks of onze Benelux-klanten kunnen vertrouwen op tamigo om hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden zonder verstoringen te laten verlopen. Zo word je een echte expert in onze Workforce Management-software, leer je werken met de tools die een modern SaaS-supportteam gebruikt en ontdek je hoe je technische zaken uitlegt op een manier die mensen echt verder helpt.

Je werkt nauw samen met onze klanten in de Benelux-markt, met de afdeling Customer Experience en met collega's binnen heel tamigo — en vanaf dag één maak je volwaardig deel uit van het team.

Wat je gaat doen

  • Klanten in de Benelux-markt ondersteunen via e-mail en telefoon, met technische hulp en probleemoplossing
  • Klanten opleiden en in staat stellen om tamigo optimaal te benutten
  • Helpen bij contractverlengingen en documentatie vertalen van het Engels naar het Nederlands
  • Uitgebreide product- en marktkennis opdoen en die inzetten om echt waarde toe te voegen voor de klant
  • De kenniskloof voor onze klanten overbruggen en echte impact maken op hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden

Je bent de juiste kandidaat als

  • Je beheerst het Nederlands op professioneel niveau, in woord en geschrift, plus professioneel Engels
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig, technisch onderlegd en geduldig — je gaat liever tot de kern van een probleem dan het alleen maar af te vinken
  • Je bent open, makkelijk in de omgang en leergierig
  • Eerdere ervaring is niet vereist — wij hechten meer waarde aan mentaliteit dan aan jaren op een cv
