Voor onze praktijk MOND Bosuil zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste balie- en tandartsassistent om ons team te versterken. In deze rol ben jij verantwoordelijkheid voor het onthaal van de patiënten, het beheer van de agenda’s en de patiëntendossiers en zorg jij voor een vlot verloop voor, tijdens en na de behandeling! Je staat in nauw contact met de praktijkmanager binnen de praktijk en jouw team van directe collega’s.

Takenpakket

  • Elke dag onthaal je de patiënten in onze praktijk en verwijs je hen door naar de ontvangstruimte of het juiste kabinet.
  • Patiënten kunnen met al hun vragen bij jou terecht – jij informeert hen over onze openingsuren, afspraakmogelijkheden, nodige documenten enz.
  • Jij kan vlot overweg met verschillende kanalen – zo help je patiënten verder via mail, aan de telefoon en via Whatsapp.
  • Je bereidt het tandartsenkabinet voor volgens de aanwijzingen van de tandarts en het type behandeling – zo kan elke behandeling vlot en veilig verlopen.
  • Behandeling gedaan? Jij zorgt voor een opgeruimd en ontsmet tandartsenkabinet en voor het steriliseren van het gebruikte materiaal, want jij weet hoe belangrijk dit is!
  • Dankzij jouw zorgvuldigheid wordt het medisch-administratief dossier van patiënten correct aangevuld.
  • Dankzij jouw excellente planning skills zijn de agenda’s van onze behandelaren optimaal gevuld.
  • Je bent minimaal in het bezit van een diploma secundair onderwijs.
  • Heb je al ervaring met assisteren en/of in administratief beheer? Top! Nog geen ervaring? Dan zorgen we voor een degelijke interne opleiding waardoor jij snel alle kneepjes van het vak leert.
  • Je hebt een positieve en verzorgde uitstraling.
  • Je beschikt over een vlotte en professionele omgang met collega’s en patiënten.
  • Je functioneert goed zowel in groep als individueel.
  • Je kan vlot werken met de computer en hebt geen schrik om met nieuwe programma’s te werken. Met kennis van DentAdmin heb je een streepje voor.
