Job Description

WAS DICH ERWARTET:

GROW WITH US:

At Tandem Diabetes Care, we create new possibilities for people living with diabetes, their loved ones, and healthcare providers through a positively different experience. As our Product Marketing Manager for Germany, you will help turn customer and market insight into product strategies and commercial plans that support adoption, growth, and better experiences across the product lifecycle.

STAY AWESOME:

We bring together human-centered diabetes technology, thoughtful innovation, and a strong personal connection to the diabetes community. In this role, you will be the subject-matter expert for designated product lines in Germany, shaping positioning, supporting launches, and connecting teams around what customers and the market need most.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

· Support the development and execution of product strategies aligned with Tandem’s business objectives in Germany.

· Manage assigned products across the lifecycle, from concept and launch through post-market optimization and ongoing performance.

· Identify market opportunities through customer research, competitive analysis, industry monitoring, and reimbursement insights.

· Translate Voice of Customer feedback, market intelligence, and business data into product requirements and actionable recommendations.

· Develop clear product positioning, value propositions, and messaging for relevant customer segments.

· Support product authorization, launch planning and execution, helping ensure successful market introduction and adoption.

· Create and maintain sales enablement materials, product training tools, and commercial collateral.

· Partner with Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, Customer Support, Operations, and Marketing teams to align priorities and deliver product objectives.

· Engage with customers, key opinion leaders, and external partners through product demonstrations, training sessions, conferences, and advisory boards.

· Track KPIs, analyze sales trends and customer behavior, and identify opportunities to improve market penetration and business performance.

· Support forecasting, budgeting, demand planning, portfolio roadmaps, lifecycle planning, and strategic projects.

· Carry out activities in line with applicable company policies, quality standards, privacy requirements, and medical-device regulations.

EXTRA AWESOME:

You will bring a strong combination of commercial thinking, customer focus, analytical ability, and cross-functional influence. The role requires:

· A Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, or a related field.

· Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, product marketing, marketing, sales, clinical support, or a related healthcare or medical-device role.

· Experience supporting product launches and commercial initiatives in the medical device market

· A strong understanding of product lifecycle management, commercialization, market adoption, market research, and competitive analysis.

· The ability to turn customer, market, and business insights into product requirements, commercial strategies, and data-informed decisions.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, organizational, and communication skills.

· The ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant product-management tools.

· Fluency in German and English.

Even better if you have an MBA or advanced degree; experience in medical devices, diabetes, digital health, or consumer healthcare; knowledge of reimbursement and regulatory frameworks; or experience working in cross-functional product-development environments.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

You will join a high-tech MedTech environment where customer insight, innovation, and commercial execution come together. Expect excellent working conditions, meaningful autonomy, motivated cross-functional teams, and stimulating work in a field that continues to evolve. You will have the opportunity to influence product success in Germany while building broad experience across strategy, launches, customer engagement, and business performance.

WHY YOU’LL LOVE WORKING HERE:

You will be part of a collaborative culture that values growth, camaraderie, continuous improvement, and the energy that comes from doing work with real purpose. We take our work seriously, support one another, and make room for the fun and human connection behind our ‘stay awesome’ culture.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
