Le ou la conseiller(ère) Ressources Humaines (RH) est la personne-ressource principale pour toutes les questions RH chez TandemLaunch, au service de l'équipe centrale et de chacune des entreprises de son portefeuille. Cette personne pilote le recrutement à l'échelle de l'organisation tout en accompagnant les gestionnaires, les fondateurs et les employés dans tous les aspects de l'expérience employé. Elle structure également les pratiques RH et veille à leur conformité, afin d'aider chaque équipe à croître sur des bases solides.

Principales responsabilités

Acquisition de talents

  • Gérer le cycle complet de recrutement : analyse des besoins, sourçage, présélection, entrevues, sélection et embauche.
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe centrale de TandemLaunch et les entreprises du portefeuille afin de comprendre et de combler leurs besoins d'embauche.
  • Effectuer le tri de l'ensemble des candidatures reçues pour TandemLaunch et ses entreprises.
  • Soutenir les mandats de recrutement de cadres, notamment le sourçage pour des postes de haute direction.
  • Administrer le système de suivi des candidatures (Greenhouse) et superviser l'ensemble des affichages de postes.
  • Proposer de nouvelles stratégies et de nouveaux canaux pour améliorer le sourçage de candidats.
  • Gérer les processus d'immigration liés au recrutement international.

Gestion du cycle de vie des employés

  • Piloter les processus d'accueil et d'intégration ainsi que de départ.
  • Rédiger et gérer les contrats de travail.
  • Administrer et gérer les avantages sociaux et les régimes d'assurance collective.
  • Soutenir les processus de paie et de gestion de la performance, en collaboration avec les parties prenantes concernées.

Services-conseils RH et relations de travail

  • Conseiller les gestionnaires et les employés sur toutes les questions liées aux ressources humaines.
  • Traiter les dossiers de relations de travail et gérer les plaintes.

Conformité et structuration RH

  • Veiller à la conformité des pratiques RH aux lois du travail québécoises et canadiennes, notamment en matière de normes du travail, d'exigences de la CNESST et de francisation.
  • Élaborer et mettre à jour les politiques, procédures, outils et documents RH.
  • Agir à titre de personne-ressource principale auprès des organismes externes en matière de RH, tels que la CNESST, l'Office québécois de la langue française (OQLF) et l'assureur collectif (p. ex., Canada Vie).
  • Contribuer à structurer les opérations RH afin de soutenir efficacement la croissance de l'organisation.

Qualifications

  • Diplôme universitaire en gestion des ressources humaines, en relations industrielles ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Expérience pertinente en tant que généraliste RH et en recrutement, idéalement au sein d'une organisation en croissance.
  • Expérience en recrutement international et en processus d'immigration, un atout.
  • Excellentes habiletés en communication et en services-conseils.
  • Autonomie, rigueur, sens de l'organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.

Position Summary

The Human Resources (HR) Advisor is the main point of contact for all HR matters at TandemLaunch, serving the core team and every venture in its portfolio. This person leads recruitment across the organization while supporting managers, founders, and employees on all aspects of the employee experience. They also structure HR practices and ensure compliance, helping each team grow on solid foundations.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: needs assessment, sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and hiring.
  • Partner with TandemLaunch's core team and portfolio companies to understand and fulfill their hiring needs.
  • Screen all incoming applications across TandemLaunch and its ventures.
  • Support executive search efforts, including sourcing for C-level roles.
  • Administer the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) and oversee all job postings.
  • Propose new strategies and channels to improve candidate sourcing.
  • Manage immigration processes related to international recruitment.

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Lead onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Draft and manage employment contracts.
  • Administer & manage employee benefits and group insurance plans.
  • Support payroll and performance management processes in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

HR Advisory and Labour Relations

  • Advise managers and employees on all human resources matters.
  • Handle labour relations files and manage complaints.

Compliance and HR Structuring

  • Ensure HR practices comply with Quebec and Canadian labour laws, including employment standards, CNESST requirements, and francization.
  • Develop and update HR policies, procedures, tools, and documentation.
  • Act as the main point of contact with external organizations on HR matters, such as the CNESST, the Office québécois de la langue française (OQLF), and the group insurance provider (e.g., Canada Life).
  • Help structure HR operations to effectively support organizational growth.

Qualifications

  • University degree in human resources management, industrial relations, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in both HR generalist and recruitment roles, ideally in a growing organization
  • Experience with international recruitment and immigration processes, an asset.
  • Strong communication and advisory skills.
  • Autonomy, rigour, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple files at once.
  • Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
