Vous recherchez un poste polyvalent où vos compétences en comptabilité et en gestion de la paie seront mises à profit? Tango – Solutions RH est à la recherche d’un·e commis comptable pour contribuer à la gestion quotidienne des opérations financières, comptables et administratives de l'entreprise. Votre rôle En tant que commis comptable, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans le traitement des comptes clients et fournisseurs, la préparation de la paie ainsi que le suivi des opérations comptables. Vous veillerez à l'exactitude des données financières et contribuerez au bon déroulement des activités administratives. Ce qui vous attend Assurer la gestion complète des comptes recevables, incluant la facturation, les encaissements, le recouvrement et les suivis auprès des clients; Vérifier, saisir et traiter les factures fournisseurs, les dépenses et les paiements selon les échéanciers établis; Effectuer les conciliations bancaires, des cartes de crédit et des comptes intercompagnies; Préparer et traiter la paie hebdomadaire et aux deux semaines, selon les besoins; Répondre aux questions relatives à la paie et assurer le suivi des écarts avec professionnalisme et confidentialité; Préparer et mettre à jour les dossiers du personnel; Participer aux travaux de fin d'année et à la préparation des feuillets fiscaux (T4 et autres documents requis); Assurer le classement et la gestion rigoureuse des dossiers électroniques; Effectuer diverses tâches administratives et comptables selon les besoins de l'entreprise. Profil recherché Posséder de 1 à 3 ans d'expérience en comptabilité, notamment en gestion des comptes recevables et payables, en conciliation et en traitement de la paie; Excellente maîtrise du logiciel QuickBooks Online; Bonne connaissance d'Excel, de Google Sheets, de Word et d'Outlook; Bilinguisme en français et en anglais; Excellentes habiletés organisationnelles et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités et échéanciers; Rigueur, souci du détail et précision dans l'exécution des tâches; Autonomie, sens des responsabilités et intégrité professionnelle; Esprit d'analyse et capacité à résoudre efficacement les problèmes; Esprit d'équipe, attitude collaborative et approche axée sur le service à la clientèle. Horaire 40 heures par semaine du lundi au vendredi Travail en présentiel uniquement Salaire Entre 23 $ et 27 $ de l'heure, selon l'expérience; Autres avantages Congés payés; Assurances collectives accessibles après trois mois de service; Stationnement gratuit sur place.
