Vous maîtrisez le logiciel COBA Finances et souhaitez mettre vos compétences en comptabilité à profit dans le cadre d'un mandat temporaire? Tango – Solutions RH est à la recherche d'un·e commis comptable pour un remplacement d'une durée de 5 semaines au sein d'une garderie préscolaire située à Gatineau. Cette opportunité vous permettra de contribuer au bon fonctionnement administratif et financier d'un établissement dédié à la petite enfance. Votre rôle En collaboration avec l'équipe administrative, vous assurerez le suivi des opérations comptables courantes et contribuerez à la bonne tenue des dossiers financiers de l'établissement. Ce qui vous attend Effectuer la saisie et le traitement des transactions comptables dans le logiciel COBA Finances; Assurer le suivi des comptes fournisseurs et des comptes clients; Traiter les factures, les paiements et les encaissements; Effectuer les conciliations bancaires et vérifier l'exactitude des données financières; Participer à la préparation de rapports comptables et financiers; Assurer le classement et la mise à jour des documents comptables; Collaborer avec l'équipe administrative pour assurer le bon déroulement des opérations financières; Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe liée à la comptabilité. Profil recherché Formation en comptabilité, en administration ou dans un domaine connexe; Expérience pertinente dans un poste de commis comptable ou dans des fonctions similaires; Bonne connaissance du logiciel COBA Finances; Bonne maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office, particulièrement Excel; Maîtrise des principes de base de la comptabilité; Excellente capacité d'organisation, rigueur et souci du détail; Autonomie, discrétion et capacité à gérer efficacement les priorités; Bonne maîtrise du français, à l'oral et à l'écrit. Horaire de travail Poste temporaire à temps plein; 35 à 40 heures par semaine; Remplacement d'une durée de 5 semaines à compter de l'entrée en poste; Lieu de travail : Gatineau. Salaire Entre 25 $ et 35 $ de l'heure, selon l'expérience et les compétences.
