Tango – Solutions RH est à la recherche d'un·e coordonnateur·trice de flotte automobile pour assurer la coordination des entretiens, le suivi des dossiers techniques et la gestion quotidienne des véhicules. Votre rôle En tant que coordonnateur·trice de flotte automobile, vous jouerez un rôle central dans la coordination des activités liées à la flotte automobile. Vous veillerez au suivi des entretiens, à la conformité des véhicules ainsi qu'à la gestion des rendez-vous et des dossiers administratifs, tout en assurant une communication efficace avec les chauffeurs, les clients et les différents intervenants. Ce qui vous attend Assurer le suivi et la gestion quotidienne de la flotte automobile et des dossiers des véhicules; Planifier et coordonner les rendez-vous d'entretien et de réparation auprès des garages; Effectuer les contrôles et les vérifications de qualité des véhicules; Assurer le suivi des dossiers de conformité et de sécurité (Safety), des taximètres et des dossiers auprès de la SAAQ; Coordonner les rendez-vous et assurer le suivi technique auprès des chauffeurs et des clients; Gérer les commandes de pièces automobiles et assurer le suivi des inventaires; Effectuer la facturation interne liée aux véhicules; Assurer le suivi des frais associés aux véhicules et aux chauffeurs; Maintenir à jour les dossiers techniques et administratifs des véhicules. Profil recherché Expérience en gestion de flotte automobile; Bonne connaissance du secteur automobile et de l'entretien des véhicules (atout); Excellentes capacités d'organisation, de planification et de gestion des priorités; Aisance avec les outils informatiques et les logiciels de gestion; Bonnes habiletés en communication et en service à la clientèle; Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément dans un environnement dynamique; Autonomie, rigueur, sens des responsabilités et souci du détail; Esprit d'équipe et attitude collaborative. Salaire Entre 25 $ et 30 $ de l'heure, selon l'expérience. Horaire Du lundi au vendredi, 40 heures par semaine; Poste permanent à temps plein.
