Naša je misija osiguravanje najsigurnijih i najučinkovitijih načina prijevoza nafte, naftnih proizvoda i rasutih tereta morskim putem, te biti prvi izbor našim kupcima. Opis posla Tražimo pripravnika/pripravnicu (m/ž) za rad u Odjelu informacijskih tehnologija. Odjel podržava poslovanje na kopnu i na floti, od korporativne IT infrastrukture i poslovnih aplikacija do komunikacija i kibernetičke sigurnosti brodova u plovidbi. Pripravnički staž traje 12 mjeseci, a za to vrijeme pripravnik se uz mentora osposobljava za samostalan rad na sljedećim poslovima: - korisnička podrška i administracija radnih stanica (Windows, Microsoft 365) - administracija korisničkih računa i pristupa u Microsoft 365 / Entra ID okruženju - osnovni poslovi na mrežnoj i poslužiteljskoj infrastrukturi (Windows i Linux poslužitelji) - podrška brodskim IT i komunikacijskim sustavima - sudjelovanje u aktivnostima kibernetičke sigurnosti (NIS2, IMO/RISQ zahtjevi) - vođenje tehničke dokumentacije i evidencije IT imovine - povremeni odlasci na brodove radi instalacije, servisa i održavanja IT i komunikacijske opreme, po potrebi i u inozemnim lukama

Potrebno obrazovanje, znanja i vještine - završen studij računarstva, informatike, elektrotehnike ili srodnog usmjerenja - poznavanje engleskog jezika u govoru i pismu - interes za IT infrastrukturu, računalne mreže i sustave - proaktivnost i upornost u rješavanju problema - odgovornost i urednost u radu

Poslodavac ti nudi - strukturirano uvođenje u posao uz mentora koji će te postupno voditi kroz sve segmente IT-a - rad na stvarnim projektima u malom timu u kojem se svaki doprinos vidi i cijeni - iskustvo u specifičnoj i tehnički zahtjevnoj domeni pomorskog IT-a, rijetkoj na tržištu - financiranje stručnih certifikata (Microsoft, Cisco i dr.), pristup edukacijama i tečajevima te mogućnost sudjelovanja na konferencijama i stručnim usavršavanjima - mogućnost napredovanja i zaposlenja na neodređeno vrijeme nakon uspješno završenog pripravničkog staža
