Was wir von dir erwarten:

Du bist mitten in einem Design-, Gestaltungs- oder Grafik-Studium bzw. am Ende davon. Und du hast schon ein paar ansprechende Arbeiten in deinem Portfolio. Du hast Spaß an ungewöhnlicher Kommunikation, Leidenschaft für tolle Designs und Layouts und keine Hemmungen, mit ChatGPT, Midjourney, Krea, Kling, Veo, Nano Banana, Firefly, Canva o. ä. umgehen. Oder zumindest große Lust, damit endlich zu starten. Du willst geile Artworks machen und dich in einem kleinen, familiären Team einbringen sowie von ausgezeichneten Designer:innen und Art Direktor:innen wie auch Konzeptioner:innen zu lernen. Du kannst - im Idealfall – etwas scribbeln und illustrieren (muss aber nicht).

Wichtig: Du bist dir nicht zu schade, auch mal ein paar Jobs zu erledigen, die nicht die große Kunst sind. Weil du weißt, dass du dabei das Handwerk von der Pike auf verstehst. Und du willst den Tank vielleicht als Sprungbrett nutzen, um in den Job reinzukommen. Eine unser letzten Praktikantinnen hat das zumindest gleich so gemacht.

Unser Profil

Was du von uns erwarten kannst:

Ein kleines, aber extrem leistungsstarkes Team mit zwei erfahrenen Heads (Jens und Tobias), die sich dir intensiv widmen, sich regelmäßig mit deiner Arbeit auseinandersetzen und Feedback geben. Außerdem bieten sie dir allen Support, um dich im Bereich KI weiterzuentwickeln. Im Tank arbeiten alle eng zusammen und du bist ein selbstverständlicher Teil davon. Keine Hierarchien, sondern mittendrin statt nur dabei.

Du sammelst Erfahrungen on the job. Wenn du nicht im Homeoffice (Freitag möglich) arbeitest, sitzt du in einer coolen Loft-Location am Rande von Eppendorf. Du wirst den Spaß an herausragender Kreation erleben. Und selbst welche machen. Für nachhaltige Marken wie followfood, Bioland oder Lammsbräu sowie führende Marken wie Allianz Direct oder EAT HAPPY. Dein Portfolio wird jedenfalls sehr schnell sehr viel besser werden.
