We are seeking an exceptional Chief Digital and Information Officer (CDIO) to lead the next generation of technology, digital, SAP/ERP, data, and AI transformation across a complex global API manufacturing organization.

Beyond ensuring secure, reliable, and compliant global IT operations, the CDIO will be a key architect of TAPI's future competitiveness and standalone journey. This leader will own a company-wide SAP/ERP transformation, accelerate modern digital capabilities, and embed current AI solutions across the enterprise to improve productivity, customer experience, decision-making, operational performance, and cost efficiency.

This role is ideal for a transformational digital and technology executive who combines strong global IT leadership, deep manufacturing understanding, proven end-to-end SAP/ERP implementation experience across multiple countries and sites, and a recent track record of integrating and scaling AI-enabled solutions that create measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

Global Digital & IT Leadership

  • Lead TAPI's global Digital and IT organization across enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data and AI, digital platforms, manufacturing systems, integration, and end-user services.
  • Ensure secure, reliable, compliant, and cost-effective IT operations across all manufacturing sites and corporate functions.
  • Maintain strong cybersecurity, business continuity, risk management, and regulatory compliance standards within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global Digital and IT organization with clear accountability, strong regional and site partnership, and a culture of operational excellence, innovation, speed, and business impact.

Global SAP/ERP & Enterprise Transformation

  • Define and execute TAPI's multi-year digital, data, technology, and enterprise architecture strategy, aligned with business priorities and the company's transformation and standalone ambitions.
  • Own and lead a complex, global SAP/ERP implementation from strategy through stabilization, including business case development, operating model and process design, vendor and system-integrator selection, solution governance, implementation, data migration, process harmonization, testing, deployment, change management, and benefits realization across countries and manufacturing sites.
  • Drive global process standardization and modernization across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, R&D, commercial, finance, procurement, and corporate functions, while managing essential local and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure technology investments deliver measurable business outcomes, operational efficiency, scalability, and long-term value.

AI, Data & Digital Innovation

  • Own TAPI's enterprise digital, data, and AI strategy, with a strong focus on up-to-date AI integrations, scalable platforms, and practical adoption across core business processes.
  • Develop and execute an enterprise AI roadmap that continuously assesses emerging capabilities, modernizes the technology landscape, and prioritizes use cases with clear operational and financial value.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify, integrate, and scale AI-enabled solutions across manufacturing, quality, supply chain, procurement, finance, commercial operations, customer experience, knowledge management, and employee productivity.
  • Lead the integration of AI capabilities into existing enterprise platforms and workflows, ensuring fit-for-purpose architecture, secure deployment, interoperability, user adoption, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish strong data foundations and AI governance covering data quality, privacy, cybersecurity, compliance, intellectual property, model governance, responsible AI, and value tracking.
  • Build enterprise-wide digital and AI capabilities through targeted adoption programs, capability building, and clear ownership within the business.
  • Ensure digital, data, and AI initiatives deliver measurable productivity gains, improved decision-making, stronger customer experience, operational improvements, and sustainable cost reduction.
  • Ensure AI initiatives translate into measurable value creation, productivity gains, customer experience improvements, and sustainable operating cost reductions.

Cybersecurity & Risk Management

  • Own TAPI's global cybersecurity strategy, capabilities, and risk posture.
  • Strengthen threat detection, incident response, resilience, and data protection programs.
  • Ensure alignment with global regulatory requirements, audit expectations, and industry best practices.
  • Protect critical business, manufacturing, and customer information assets.

Financial & Vendor Management

  • Manage global IT budgets, investment portfolios, vendor relationships, and strategic technology partnerships.
  • Drive financial discipline, transparent governance, and ROI-based decision-making across all technology investments.
  • Optimize technology spend while improving service levels and business outcomes.
  • Build strong partnerships with key software vendors, cloud providers, system integrators, and service partners.

Executive Stakeholder Leadership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, CFO, Executive Leadership Team, and Board on technology, digital transformation, AI, cybersecurity, and organizational capabilities.
  • Partner closely with Teva throughout the transformation.
  • Translate complex technology topics into clear business decisions and strategic recommendations.
  • Foster strong collaboration across all business functions and regions to accelerate innovation and execution.
  • Champion a culture of speed, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Critical Requirements

  • Proven end-to-end leadership of at least one major global SAP/ERP implementation across multiple countries, functions, and manufacturing sites, including process harmonization, data migration, deployment, change management, stabilization, and measurable benefits realization.
  • Recent, hands-on leadership of enterprise AI integration and improvement initiatives, with proven success moving use cases from experimentation into secure, scalable, adopted solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
