TAQA Petroleum is Hiring | Retail Sales TM (Head Office)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Accountable for overall business results, KPI's and balanced scorecard for Retail business in the country and for effectiveness of Retail investment program.
  2. Ensure flawless execution / implementation of marketing programs / brand strategies and new business growth opportunities as well as identifying competitive developments and best practices. Participate in local strategy studies.
  3. Ensure that all Center of Excellence activities are executed in accordance to TAQA parameters, lead role in making any permissible "local" adjustments.
  4. Accountable for chain results as well as ensuring the operation is within established policies procedures and best practices.
  5. Ensure proper protection and utilization of Company properties, monitor status of company outlets and their performance.
  6. Establish, manage and maintain external relations as well as Dealers relations.
  7. Ensure customer satisfaction through all classes of trade.
  8. Coach & train employees as well as execute employee development programs within designated boundaries. Define individual performance objectives for subordinates, which roll up into the overall unit's business plan.
  9. Manage the effective execution of retail strategies, systems and best practices at the area level in manner consistent with the fuels vision to optimize area of profitability.
  10. Effectively managing territory managers to deliver excellence in execution of customer offer and flawless operation resulting in optimal retail profitability responsibilities.
  11. Develops a cohesive, knowledgeable and effective team capable of sustaining and improving the retail profitability of network.
  12. Enhance operational performance through effective selection, coaching, recognition and reward, and ensure personnel appraisal and development processes are properly administered.
  13. Monitors quality and effectiveness of personnel management processes including employee performance, training, career development attrition and recruiting results and provides feedback to appropriate support interfaces.
  14. Ensure safe operations via application of SSHE and control methodologies.
  15. Ensure timely and effective execution of retail strategies.

Requirements: - Bachelor's (BS/BA) degree. - (3~5 Years) Experience in the same field. - Excellent command of English Language (written & spoken).
