We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Creative Coordinator to manage end-to-end execution of multiple creative projects. This role sits at the intersection of operations and creativity — ensuring timelines, budgets, and teams stay aligned for seamless delivery. [h3] [/h3] [h3]Key Responsibilities[/h3]

[ml][ul][li indent=0 align=left]Own project coordination from kickoff to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality benchmarks are met[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing, negotiations, and execution oversight[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Track and manage project budgets with strong attention to detail[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Collaborate cross-functionally to align creative output with project goals[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Lead and manage a small team (3 members), driving accountability and performance[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong prioritization[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Maintain documentation, reports, and project records[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Coordinate logistics (including rider management) to ensure timely execution[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Conduct outreach/cold calls to vendors or partners when required[/li][/ul][/ml][h3] [/h3] [h3]What We’re Looking For[/h3]

[ml][ul][li indent=0 align=left]1+ year of experience in project coordination or operations (creative industry preferred)[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Strong project management and organizational skills[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Experience with budget tracking and timeline management[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused mindset[/li][/ul][/ml][h3]Bonus Points[/h3] [ml][ul][li indent=0 align=left]Experience in vendor management and negotiations[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Exposure to creative production workflows[/li][/ul][/ml]
