  • Lead and manage the product design team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Develop and drive the design vision for the product portfolio to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Translate product requirements into actionable design goals and deliverables.
  • Oversee the entire design process from conception to final implementation, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to bring products to life.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and refine design solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the team remains at the forefront of design innovation.
  • Maintain brand integrity across all products and platforms.

[b]Requirements:[/b]

  • Proven experience as a Product Designer with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Experience in leading design teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Experience working in an in-person work setting, fostering team dynamics and collaboration.

[b]Qualifications:[/b]

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, HCI, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading successful design projects from conception to execution.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details, with a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
