Our client Hightech Solutions is looking for Platform Specialist - eBay in Lahore.  Job Description:

As a Platform Specialist for eBay, you will be at the forefront of managing and optimizing our presence on the eBay platform. This role requires a keen understanding of e-commerce dynamics, specifically on eBay, to drive sales and enhance customer experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our product listings are optimized, compliant, and aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize product listings on eBay to improve visibility and conversion rates. - Monitor eBay sales and performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights. - Ensure all listings are compliant with eBay policies and regulations. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance product discoverability. - Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. - Implement and test pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability. - Stay updated on eBay's platform changes and e-commerce trends to identify new opportunities. - Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure accurate stock levels and timely fulfillment.

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience managing e-commerce platforms, specifically eBay. - Strong understanding of eBay's selling tools, policies, and marketplace dynamics. - Proficient in using analytics tools to assess performance metrics. - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field preferred. - Proven track record of increasing sales and optimizing listings on eBay. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site setting. - Familiarity with eBay's latest tools and services.
