Ensure high availability and reliability of critical IT systems and services. Manage wireless access points, hardware firewalls, switches, network equipment, Internet circuits, and associated vendor services. Manage the complete lifecycle of laptops, desktops, mobiles, peripherals, and accessories from procurement and provisioning through refresh and secure disposal. Own user onboarding, role changes, access provisioning, offboarding, asset recovery, and access-card coordination with HR. Perform monthly Internet bandwidth and capacity checks and recommend upgrades based on usage and business demand. Maintain disk-capacity and infrastructure-health reports and proactively address capacity risks.

4. Cloud Management & Cost Optimization

  • Manage and optimize cloud resources across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), where applicable. Support cloud services and customer-facing workloads hosted on AWS, Azure, and GCP. Monitor availability, performance, capacity, security, and operational health of cloud resources. Track monthly cloud bills, analyze consumption trends, forecast spend, and drive FinOps-style cost optimization. Define cloud adoption standards and ensure appropriate governance, tagging, access controls, backup, and lifecycle management. Balance on-premises and cloud workloads to optimize performance, scalability, resilience, and total cost of ownership.

5. Software, License, Patch & Configuration Management

  • Manage Microsoft 365/O365 licenses and project-specific software licenses, including allocation, renewal, usage, and cost optimization. more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
