Responsabilità

  • Interfacciarsi con l’azienda cliente, recependone strategie, priorità, novità di prodotto e obiettivi formativi;
  • Responsabilità di tradurre le esigenze dell’azienda in attività di training efficaci e coinvolgenti, garantendo una comunicazione coerente con i valori, il posizionamento e le linee guida del Brand;
  • L’attività formativa sarà rivolta principalmente agli addetti vendita, ma potrà essere svolta anche in occasione di eventi, fiere, convention, presentazioni, incontri istituzionali e altre iniziative organizzate o presidiate dall’azienda.

Requisiti richiesti

  • Eccellenti capacità di public speaking, presentazione e gestione dell’aula;
  • Capacità di interfacciarsi con interlocutori e stakeholder di diverso livello;
  • Ottimo standing e capacità di rappresentare professionalmente il Brand;
  • Capacità di coinvolgere e gestire sia piccoli gruppi sia platee numerose;
  • Capacità di trasformare contenuti tecnici in argomentazioni semplici, chiare ed efficaci;
  • Autonomia, proattività, flessibilità e problem solving;
  • Ottime capacità organizzative e di pianificazione;
  • Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte su tutto il territorio nazionale (almeno 3 giorni a settimana);
  • Patente B e disponibilità alla guida;
  • Disponibilità occasionale ad attività durante il weekend, in funzione di eventi e iniziative formative.
