Bij Tarkett draait aankoop om veel meer dan prijzen onderhandelen. Als Purchasing Manager speel je een sleutelrol in het garanderen van onze operationele continuïteit, het realiseren van duurzame groei en het ondersteunen van onze ambitieuze bedrijfsdoelstellingen.

Je leidt het lokale aankoopteam, bouwt sterke relaties uit met leveranciers en werkt nauw samen met collega's uit productie, supply chain, finance en de internationale aankooporganisatie. Met jouw strategisch inzicht en hands-on mentaliteit zorg je ervoor dat de juiste materialen, goederen en diensten beschikbaar zijn tegen de beste voorwaarden.

Je maakt deel uit van het lokale managementteam en draagt actief bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van onze site in Dendermonde.

Jouw impact

  • Je ontwikkelt en implementeert de lokale aankoopstrategie in lijn met de internationale doelstellingen van Tarkett.
  • Je bouwt duurzame partnerships uit met leveranciers en onderhandelt over prijzen, contracten en servicelevels.
  • Je bewaakt de continuïteit van de supply chain en beheerst risico's binnen de leveranciersmarkt.
  • Je identificeert opportuniteiten rond kostenoptimalisatie, duurzaamheid en innovatie.
  • Je coacht, ondersteunt en ontwikkelt een team van aankoopprofessionals.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen om aankoopprocessen verder te optimaliseren.
  • Je analyseert marktontwikkelingen en vertaalt deze naar concrete acties voor de organisatie.
  • Je draagt bij aan investeringsprojecten, productinnovaties en strategische bedrijfsdoelstellingen.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een sterke onderhandelaar die moeiteloos schakelt tussen strategisch denken en operationeel handelen. Je weet mensen te verbinden, beslissingen te onderbouwen met data en resultaten te realiseren in een dynamische productieomgeving.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma.
  • Ervaring binnen een aankoopomgeving, bij voorkeur in een industriële context.
  • Minstens enkele jaren leidinggevende ervaring.
  • Sterke analytische en commerciële vaardigheden.
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen (SAP is een plus).
  • Een uitstekende kennis van Nederlands en Engels.
