Tööülesanded: Sotsiaalpedagoogi peamised tööülesanded Tartu Lasteaias Mõmmik:Laste sotsiaalsete ja emotsionaalsete oskuste arengu toetamine, arvestades iga lapse individuaalseid vajadusi, võimeid ja arengutaset. Laste suhtlemis-, koostöö- ja eneseregulatsioonioskuste arendamine läbi mänguliste, individuaalsete ja rühmapõhiste tegevuste. Laste käitumis- ja kohanemisraskuste märkamine, nende põhjuste väljaselgitamise toetamine ning sobivate sekkumis- ja toetusmeetmete kavandamine. Erivajadustega ja täiendavat tuge vajavate laste toetamine koostöös õpetajate, lapsevanemate ning teiste tugispetsialistidega.

Õpetajate ja abiõpetajate nõustamine laste käitumise, sotsiaalsete suhete, konfliktide lahendamise ning turvalise ja kaasava õpikeskkonna kujundamise küsimustes. Lapsevanemate nõustamine lapse sotsiaal-emotsionaalse arengu, käitumise ja toimetuleku toetamisel. Lastevaheliste konfliktide ennetamine ja lahendamise toetamine, positiivsete suhtlemisviiside ning hoolivate suhete kujundamine. Kiusamise ja tõrjutuse ennetamine ning laste turvatunde, kuuluvustunde ja heaolu toetamine. Lapse arengut ja toimetulekut puudutavate tähelepanekute dokumenteerimine ning tugitegevuste tulemuslikkuse hindamine. Osalemine lapse individuaalse toe kavandamisel, rakendamisel ja hindamisel koostöös lasteaia meeskonna ning vajadusel väliste spetsialistidega. Osalemine lasteaia arendustegevustes ning lapse heaolu ja kaasavat haridust toetavate praktikate kujundamisel.

Töö eesmärk on luua koostöös laste, õpetajate ja lapsevanematega turvaline, hooliv ja kaasav keskkond, kus iga laps tunneb end märgatuna, mõistetuna ja väärtustatuna ning saab arendada oskusi, mis toetavad tema igapäevast toimetulekut ja positiivseid suhteid teistega.

Paindlikku töögraafikut, mis võimaldab oma tööaega mõistlikult planeerida. 56 kalendripäeva põhipuhkust aastas. Töötasu alates 1970 eurost bruto kuus, sõltuvalt kvalifikatsioonist. Tähtajalist töölepingut.
