Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erstellungen von Rechnungen sowie Kostenvoranschlägen auf Basis von vorhandenen Informationen
  • Kommunikation zwischen Techniker:innen und Kund:innen per Telefon sowie E-Mail.
  • Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs sowie Abstimmung von Konten.
  • Datenpflege durch Generieren von Statistiken, Tabellen und neuen Prozessen.
  • Abschlusserstellung: Verantwortung für die ordnungsgemäße und fristgerechte Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen.
  • Steuern & Meldungen: Erstellung von Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen, Verprobungen und weiteren steuerlichen sowie statistischen Meldungen
  • Erstellung von Finanzreports, Liquiditätsanalysen und Unterstützung bei der Budgetierung und dem Forecasting.
  • Teamleitung: Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Accounting-Teams sowie die Förderung der individuellen Weiterentwicklung der Teammitglieder.
  • Ressourcen & Organisation: Verteilung und Verwaltung von Aufgaben, Prioritätensetzung und Sicherstellung der reibungslosen Prozessabläufen.
  • Audits & Schnittstellen: Zentraler Ansprechpartner (Single Point of Contact) für interne Fachbereiche, Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater, Banken und Finanzämter.

Ihr Profil

  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Zahlenaffinität und ein analytisches Denkvermögen
  • 2 - 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Finanzwesen (Accounting/Controlling)
  • kleine Führungserfahrung (2-3 Leute)
