Il prépare et prend des décisions administratives relatives à l'application des sanctions pénales prononcées à l'encontre des personnes adultes. Il veille au suivi et contrôle de l'application des décisions dans une perspective de gestion des risques et ressources, de prévention de la commission de nouvelles infractions et d'accompagnement à la (ré)intégration sociale. \\Vos missions\\ Dans le cadre de votre fonction, vous participez à la mise en œuvre des sanctions pénales et mesures de probation prononcées à l'encontre des personnes adultes, conformément aux dispositions légales. Vous veillez à l'exécution des jugements pénaux, en assurant l'analyse et la gestion des informations relatives aux personnes condamnées, dans une perspective de suivi, gestion et prévention des risques. Vous planifiez l'exécution des sanctions ainsi que leur suivi, tout en coordonnant les interventions et le réseau des partenaires impliqués. Dans ce cadre, vous procédez à des auditions et entretiens, et rédigez des rapports, évaluations et décisions administratives ou judiciaires nécessaires à la bonne conduite des dossiers. Ce poste est prévu dans le cadre d'un contrat de durée maximale jusqu'au 31 décembre 2027\\. \\Votre profil\\ Titulaire d'un master utile à la fonction ou d'un bachelor HES complété par une formation en lien avec celle\\-ci, vous êtes au bénéfice de quelques années d'expérience dans le domaine pénal, socio\\-éducatif, ou en lien avec la gestion de personnalités difficiles. Vos facultés d'analyse, de synthèse, de négociation et médiation sont reconnues et s'accompagnent d'une grande capacité d'adaptation et de résistance au stress. De plus, votre aisance relationnelle vous permet de représenter l'autorité avec clarté et professionnalisme, même dans des contextes sensibles ou auprès d'interlocuteurs\\-trices variées. La connaissance de langues étrangères constitue un atout. Prérequis : \* domiciliation en Suisse ; \* casier judiciaire et extrait du registre des poursuites vierges.
