Il assure le suivi, la coordination et le développement des prestations liées à l'enseignement obligatoire, à l'évaluation des élèves et au monitorage du système scolaire. Il collabore avec les établissements scolaires, les autorités cantonales et les partenaires concernés afin de garantir la qualité et le bon fonctionnement de l'école neuchâteloise. \\Vos missions\\ En tant que chargé\\-e de mission pour la relation école\\-familles, vous contribuez à renforcer le dialogue et la coopération entre l'école obligatoire, les familles et les partenaires éducatifs, dans une perspective de réussite et de bien\\-être des élèves. En collaboration avec les centres scolaires, vous développez la relation avec les familles, promouvez une communication claire école\\-parents et accompagnez les établissements dans la construction d'un dialogue régulier avec les parents. Vous coordonnez par ailleurs les liens entre les partenaires institutionnels et associatifs et le canton. Enfin, vous participez à l'élaboration de ressources, à l'organisation de formations et d'échanges, ainsi qu'à certaines actions ciblées pour soutenir les familles les moins engagées et prévenir les inégalités. \\Votre profil\\ Titulaire d'un bachelor (HEP/HES/UNI) en enseignement, travail social ou sciences sociales ou d'un titre jugé équivalent, vous justifiez d'une expérience professionnelle confirmée dans le domaine scolaire ou éducatif. Vous disposez d'une bonne connaissance de l'école obligatoire et d'un intérêt pour la relation école\\-familles. De solides compétences de coordination, de communication, de rédaction et de travail en réseau, ainsi qu'une aisance avec les outils numériques, complètent votre profil. Une pratique de l'animation de groupes de travail et des démarches collaboratives constitue un atout.
