\\SBAT153\\ \\Service des bâtiments (SBAT)\\ Le SBAT est responsable de la gestion du patrimoine immobilier de l'État ; il en assure la maintenance, l'entretien et les travaux de rénovation ou réaménagement. En tant que représentant du Maître de l'Ouvrage (MO), il participe activement à la planification et réalisation de nouvelles constructions ou transformations importantes. \\Vos missions\\ Intégré\\-e dans le domaine entretien du service, vous assumez directement la gestion d'un portefeuille de plusieurs édifices cantonaux. Vous collaborez activement au sein d'une équipe à l'élaboration de budgets annuels et participez à la rédaction de rapports de demandes de crédits à l'attention des autorités. Enfin, vous établissez des projets de transformations ou d'aménagements de locaux, en suivez les travaux et assumez le contrôle des prestataires. \\Votre profil\\ Titulaire d'un bachelor d'architecte HES ou d'un CFC de dessinateur\\-trice en bâtiments avec diplôme ES de conducteur\\-trice de travaux, vous attestez de plusieurs années d'expérience, si possible au sein d'une administration publique. Doté\\-e d'une grande aisance rédactionnelle, vous possédez un intérêt pour la thématique du Facility management. Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques AutoCAD® et Messerli® et avez de très bonnes connaissances en bureautique (environnement Windows).
