Ref 2586079 \\\| Date: 19 Oct 2026 !\[État de Neuchâtel\]( ) Conseiller\\-ère juridique à 80% \\SEMP297\\ \\Service de l'emploi (SEMP)\\ Le SEMP assure, en collaboration avec les acteurs politiques, économiques et sociaux, le développement équilibré du marché de l'emploi, il est composé de deux offices : \* L'office du marché du travail (OMAT) \* L'office des relations et des conditions de travail (ORCT) \\Vos missions\\ Vous souhaitez mettre votre expertise juridique au service des politiques publiques de l'emploi ? Rattaché\\-e directement à la direction du SEMP, vous jouez un rôle clé en apportant votre expertise juridique pour l'ensemble des missions du service sur des dossiers variés et complexes. Vous conseillez et accompagnez la direction sur les questions juridiques liées aux missions du service et contribuez à la réalisation de ses objectifs stratégiques. Cela implique l'analyse de problématiques complexes, l'élaboration de rapports et la préparation des dossiers soumis à la direction. De la rédaction des décisions administratives au suivi des procédures qui en découlent, vous veillez au bon déroulement du processus. Vous coordonnez également les prises de position du service dans les procédures de consultation. Enfin, vous assurez le suivi des licenciements annoncés au service et appuyez la direction dans la gestion de dossiers sensibles, en proposant des solutions juridiquement solides et pragmatiques. Un poste transversal et stimulant, au croisement du droit, de la décision publique et des réalités du marché du travail. \\Votre profil\\ Titulaire d'un diplôme universitaire en droit ou d'un titre jugé équivalent, vous justifiez de plusieurs années d'expérience dans une fonction de support ou conseil. Vous maîtrisez les dispositions légales fédérales et cantonales en matière d'emploi et êtes capable d'analyser des situations complexes pour proposer des solutions juridiques adaptées. De plus, vous participez activement au déploiement des missions et politiques de l'emploi, ce qui vous permet d'avoir une vision stratégique et opérationnelle des enjeux du domaine. Doté\\-e d'excellentes capacités d'analyse, de synthèse et de rédaction, vous faites preuve de rigueur, d'organisation et d'un bon sens des priorités.
