Le service développe et finance la prise en charge ambulatoire des enfants et se porte garant du bien\\-être des enfants placées tout en soutenant financièrement les structures d'accueil extrafamilial et les institutions d'éducation spécialisée. \\Vos missions\\ Dans le cadre de votre fonction, vous effectuez un travail social de protection de la jeunesse en collaboration avec les familles et institutions. Vous réalisez les enquêtes sociales pour les autorités judiciaires civiles, pénales et administratives, assumez des mandats tutélaires civils et pénaux, répondez aux consultations et prenez en charge des mandats volontaires. \\Votre profil\\ Titulaire d'un diplôme en sciences sociales ou d'un titre jugé équivalent, délivré par une HES ou une université reconnue, vous disposez d'une formation spécifique en protection de l'enfant (CAS) ou êtes prêt\\-e à la suivre en emploi. Votre parcours professionnel témoigne d'une large expérience dans la prise en charge et l'accompagnement d'enfants en difficulté et vous possédez de bonnes connaissances du réseau social et judiciaire neuchâtelois. Vous savez gérer le stress dans un contexte exigeant et également travailler en équipe et réseau.
