Description de l'emploi ##

Au cœur des enjeux d-égalité entre les femmes et les hommes, vous contribuez à la mise en œuvre de la politique publique cantonale de lutte contre la violence domestique et les violences faites aux femmes. Tout en assurant la conduite de projets, vous apportez votre appui aux chef·fe·s de projet du Bureau et facilitez la coordination de leurs démarches. À l-interface entre analyse, gestion de projets et communication, vous contribuez à transformer les objectifs de prévention en actions concrètes, en lien avec les partenaires du réseau.

Responsabilités ##

  • Conduire des projets de moyenne envergure, en définir la structure et les étapes et veiller au respect des objectifs, des délais et des ressources allouées.
  • Collaborer avec les chef·fe·s de projet du Bureau à la mise en œuvre de projets majeurs, notamment en rédigeant des rapports et des documents de suivi.
  • Contribuer à la réalisation de campagnes de sensibilisation, d-événements publics et d-actions d-information en matière de prévention des violences et d-égalité.
  • Rechercher et analyser des informations, établir des comparaisons intercantonales ou internationales, collecter et mettre à jour des données statistiques.
  • Animer des groupes de travail et des séances et présenter les projets aux publics concernés.
  • Participer à l-organisation et à la coordination des manifestations, ainsi qu-au fonctionnement opérationnel du Bureau.

Qualifications ##

  • Formation supérieure, complétée idéalement par une certification en gestion de projets.
  • 2 ans d-expérience dans la conduite de projets, une expérience en communication ou en sensibilisation est souhaitée.
  • Bonnes capacités d-analyse et de synthèse, sens de l-organisation, autonomie et esprit d-initiative.
  • Aptitude confirmée au travail en équipe et à la mise en place de collaborations constructives.
  • Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles et d-expression orale.
