Rattachés à l-Ordre judiciaire vaudois, les quatre tribunaux d-arrondissement du canton statuent en première instance dans de nombreuses causes relevant du droit pénal et du droit civil au sens large. Ils comprennent chacun plusieurs chambres (pénale, familiale, pécuniaire, etc.).

Afin de compléter l-équipe en place, le Tribunal d'arrondissement de l'Est vaudois, qui emploie près de 50 magistrat·e·s et collaborateur·trice·s, recherche un-e gestionnaire de dossiers spécialisés.

Responsabilités ##

  • Assurer la gestion des dossiers de la chambre.
  • Participer à l'activité de la chambre.
  • Collaborer avec le service de la comptabilité.
  • Assurer la rédaction de certaines décisions.
  • Assurer une coordination de la gestion des dossiers avec d'autres services.

Qualifications ##

  • CFC d'employé·e de commerce, ou tout titre jugé équivalent
  • Intérêt pour le domaine du droit de la famille
  • Sens du service public et résistance au stress
  • Bonnes capacités rédactionnelles et excellente orthographe, travail autonome sous la responsabilité du responsable hiérarchique
  • Connaissance des outils informatiques usuels, rapidité, rigueur, précision et discrétion

Dans le cadre de la procédure de recrutement, les candidat·e·s seront amené·e·s à présenter un extrait du registre des poursuites et un casier judiciaire de moins de 3 mois.

Un engagement dans la classe salariale inférieure est possible si la durée de l-expérience en lien avec l-administration judiciaire, en étude d'avocat ou de notaire est insuffisante au moment de l-engagement.
