Autorité judiciaire supérieure du Canton de Vaud, le Tribunal cantonal assume le double rôle d-autorité juridictionnelle et de direction de l-Ordre judiciaire vaudois. Il est formé de 45 juges cantonales·aux et de juges suppléant·e·s, élu·e·s pour la durée de la législature, ainsi que d-un greffe au service de ses différentes cours.

Le Tribunal cantonal*, qui emploie près de 200 magistrat·e·s et collaborateur·trice·s, recherche *un·e greffier·ère rattaché·e à la Cour des assurances sociales.

Responsabilités ##

  • Rédiger de manière autonome des projets d'arrêts complets sur la base de rapports ou d'instructions du·de la juge, et dans certains cas sans instructions préalables
  • Participer à des audiences, et s'il y a lieu à des permanences.
  • En audience et lors des délibérations, tenir le procès-verbal et prendre des notes.
  • Procéder à l'indexation et à l'anonymisation de la décision à publier sur internet.

Qualifications ##

  • Master en droit ou titre universitaire jugé équivalent
  • Plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle souhaitées
  • Sens du service public et des responsabilités
  • Expérience de la rédaction judiciaire
  • Intérêt confirmé pour la matière du droit des assurances sociales
  • Excellente orthographe, maîtrise de la dactylographie rigueur, précision et discrétion
  • Très bonne résistance au stress

Dans le cadre de la procédure de recrutement, les candidat·e·s seront amené·e·s à présenter un extrait du registre des poursuites ainsi qu'un casier judiciaire datant de moins de 3 mois.
