Hoy buscamos a nuestros próximos Ingenieros de Procesos, quienes formarán parte de un proyecto estratégico con un cliente dedicado a la gestión de tarjetas de crédito y a los distintos productos y servicios asociados, como avances, recaptaciones y seguros, entre otros.

El propósito del rol es diseñar, optimizar y transformar procesos organizacionales de punta a punta, asegurando eficiencia operacional, cumplimiento normativo y alineación estratégica con los objetivos del negocio.

Responsabilidades principales:

  1. Levantamiento y análisis de procesos. Mapear procesos end-to-end, identificar brechas y proponer rediseños eficientes.
  2. Aplicar metodologías de mejora continua.
  3. Diagramar procesos correctamente y con estándar técnico.
  4. Experiencia modelando procesos y, idealmente, automatizándolos.
  5. Medición de impacto: tiempos de ciclo, cuellos de botella, eficiencia operacional, reducción de errores.
  6. Conocimiento de marcos regulatorios y capacidad de diseñar procesos controlados y auditables.
  7. Interacción con áreas operativas, tecnológicas y de negocio para validar mejoras.

Requisitos

Requisitos para postular

  • Experiencia en levantamiento, análisis y rediseño de procesos operativos y/o tecnológicos.
  • Experiencia con metodologías de mejora continua como Lean, Six Sigma y BPM
  • Manejo de herramientas como Bizagi BPM
  • Experiencia o conocimiento en ecosistemas financieros, retail financiero o medios de pago (deseable).
  • Habilidad para trabajar con equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Enfoque centrado en el cliente y orientación a la mejora continua.
