A Tati Análise Humana está conduzindo um processo seletivo confidencial para contratação de um(a) Cozinheiro(a) Residencial, para atuar em uma residência familiar de alto padrão em Uberlândia/MG.

Buscamos um profissional que compreenda a gastronomia como uma combinação de técnica, sensibilidade, criatividade e cuidado.

Mais do que preparar refeições, esperamos alguém que tenha prazer em cozinhar, valorize ingredientes de qualidade, domine os sabores da cozinha cotidiana e seja capaz de transformar ocasiões especiais em experiências gastronômicas memoráveis.

Principais atividades Preparar refeições frescas, saborosas e bem apresentadas, de acordo com a programação familiar. Planejar cardápios semanais, respeitando preferências alimentares, hábitos e necessidades individuais. Elaborar preparações da gastronomia cotidiana e pratos sofisticados para ocasiões especiais. Organizar antecipadamente cafés da manhã, almoços, lanches e jantares, conforme a rotina de trabalho. Planejar listas de compras, controlar estoques, qualidade e conservação dos ingredientes. Manter a cozinha, utensílios e equipamentos higienizados e organizados. Controlar desperdícios e garantir o aproveitamento adequado dos alimentos. Antecipar demandas gastronômicas de finais de semana, recepções e datas comemorativas.

Formação: Ensino Médio. Cursos: Área de Gastronomia.

Experiência comprovada como cozinheiro(a), preferencialmente em residências de alto padrão. Domínio de técnicas culinárias e preparo de refeições variadas. Conhecimento de segurança alimentar, higiene e conservação de alimentos. Experiência com organização de cardápios, compras e estoque. Capacidade de trabalhar com autonomia, disciplina e planejamento. Discrição, responsabilidade, pontualidade e postura profissional. Importante: CNH B e veículo próprio, conforme necessidade da função.

Diferenciais: Experiência em gastronomia contemporânea e cozinha autoral. Vivência com serviço gastronômico para famílias e convidados. Conhecimento de alimentação saudável e adaptações alimentares. Referências profissionais de experiências anteriores.

Contratação CLT

Remuneração Inicial: R$ 4.800,00

Horário: Segunda a sexta: 06h30 às 16h - Intervalo 13h30 às 15h Sábado: 09h às 13h
