Tati Análise Humana contrata profissional para atuar na área comercial de uma empresa do segmento de saúde e estética especializada, com atendimento de alto padrão em Uberlândia/MG.

Buscamos uma pessoa com experiência em vendas digitais, comunicação clara e persuasiva, postura profissional, persistência comercial e foco em resultados.

Principais atividades Atender leads recebidos pelos canais digitais e WhatsApp. Realizar contatos comerciais e apresentar os serviços oferecidos. Qualificar potenciais clientes, identificando necessidades e interesses. Conduzir negociações e converter oportunidades em consultas e procedimentos. Realizar follow-up estratégico com clientes interessados. Acompanhar o processo comercial até o agendamento. Organizar contatos, acompanhar indicadores e contribuir para o alcance das metas.

Formação: Ensino médio completo.

Diferenciais: Experiência em clínicas, serviços premium, estética, saúde ou vendas consultivas. Conhecimento em CRM e técnicas de negociação.

Experiência comprovada em vendas, pré-vendas ou atendimento comercial. Vivência com atendimento digital e conversão de leads. Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita. Boa dicção e domínio da língua portuguesa. Organização, persistência e capacidade de lidar com objeções. Postura profissional compatível com atendimento de alto padrão.

Disponibilidade: Atuação presencial.

Habilidades: Proatividade, responsabilidade, disciplina comercial, resiliência, iniciativa, persistência, orientação para metas e capacidade de transformar oportunidades em resultados.

Regime: CLT Salário fixo: R$ 2.000,00 + Comissões

Vale-alimentação Vale-refeição Vale-transporte Convênio médico

Horário: Segunda a sexta-feira, das 8h às 18h
