IT-tekniker för support på plats och etablering av arbetsplatser – Luleå och norra Sverige Vill du arbeta med praktisk IT-support och ansvara för att kontor och byggarbetsplatser får en fungerande IT-miljö? Vi söker en självständig och serviceinriktad IT-tekniker för ett konsultuppdrag med placering i Luleå samt arbete på plats på andra orter i norra Sverige. Om uppdraget

Placering: Luleå, med resor till kontor och arbetsplatser i norra Sverige.

Start: Så snart som möjligt.

Dina arbetsuppgifter Du arbetar med etablering av IT-miljöer, support på plats och andra linjens support. Rollen omfattar hela livscykeln för IT-miljön på kontor och arbetsplatser, från etablering och löpande drift till avveckling.

Du kommer bland annat att:

Planera och samordna IT-etableringen av nya kontor och arbetsplatser inom ditt geografiska område.

Beställa nätverksanslutningar och nätverkslösningar (WAN/LAN), skrivare och övriga IT-lösningar för kontor.

Samordna leverantörskontakter samt installera och konfigurera utrustning.

Ge support på plats inom datorarbetsplatser, nätverk, kontorslösningar, telefoni och slutanvändartjänster.

Hantera incidenter och serviceförfrågningar som en del av andra linjens support.

Samordna lokala IT-leveranser och fungera som superanvändare för utvalda tjänster och komponenter.

Underhålla information om arbetsplatser och konfigurationsobjekt (CI).

Ge råd och vägledning till verksamheten om IT-tjänster och arbetssätt.

Samarbeta med andra supportgrupper och bidra till gemensamma leveranser enligt fastställda serviceprocesser.

Även andra närliggande arbetsuppgifter inom rollen kan förekomma.

Vi söker dig som har

Minst tre års erfarenhet av tekniskt IT-arbete och support.

Utbildning inom IT eller annat relevant område.

Erfarenhet från ett eller flera liknande uppdrag.

Breda IT-kunskaper samt kunskap om ITIL och IT-servicehanteringssystem.

Förmåga att självständigt planera och genomföra ditt arbete samt ta ansvar för avgränsade uppgifter.

Goda kunskaper i svenska och flytande engelska.

Körkort och tillgång till egen bil.

Som person Du är serviceinriktad, lösningsorienterad och har lätt för att samarbeta med både användare, kollegor och leverantörer. Du trivs med ett varierat arbete, tar egna initiativ och känner dig trygg med att arbeta självständigt på olika arbetsplatser.
