Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie die Anlagenbuchhaltung
  • Erstellung der laufenden Kostenrechnung und Unterstützung bei Erstellung der Jahresplanung
  • Steuerung des Budget- und Forecast-Prozesses sowie Aufbereitung von finanziellen Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Verantwortung für rollierende Liquiditätsplanung
  • Aufbau von aussagefähigen Reportings, Auswertungen und Aufbereitung von Finanzdaten für das Management
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung und Automatisierung der abteilungsinternen Prozesse
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung relevanter Systeme (u.a. DATEV, ERP-Schnittstellen)
  • Sicherstellung prüfungssicherer Abläufe
  • Ansprechperson für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater, Behörden, Finanzinstitute
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des 2-köpfigen Teams sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Betriebswirtschaft oder Finance oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation wünschenswert
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Rechnungswesen und Controlling sowie in der Erstellung von Abschlüssen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in DATEV und Excel
  • Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Entscheidungs- und Umsetzungssicherheit
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Eigenverantwortung und ein lösungsorientiertes Mindset
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden und Freude an der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen
  • Sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
