  • Freiberufliche Durchführung von Lehrgängen, Seminaren und Praxisworkshops im Bereich Cybersicherheit mit dem Schwerpunkt z.B. Verwaltungsbereich, Maschinenbedienung oder Logistik:Grundlagen der IT- und Cybersicherheit Sensibilisierung für Cyberangriffe und Social Engineering Sicherer Umgang mit Unternehmensdaten und digitalen Systemen Datenschutz und sichere Kommunikation im Arbeitsalltag IT-Sicherheit in Verwaltung sowie Büroorganisation Cybersicherheit in der Produktion und Maschinenbedienung Sicherheitsanforderungen in Logistik- und Warenwirtschaftssystemen Erkennen, Bewerten und Vermeiden typischer Sicherheitsrisiken Entwicklung eines nachhaltigen Sicherheitsbewusstseins ("Cyber Awareness") im Unternehmen
  • Durchführung praxisnaher Trainings und Übungen anhand realer Cybervorfällen und Sicherheitslücken
  • Unterstützung der Teilnehmenden durch professionelle und moderne Schulungsunterlagen sowie interaktive Trainingsmethoden
  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Fachinhalten

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich IT, Cybersicherheit, Verwaltung, Logistik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Cybersicherheit
  • Idealerweise vorhandene Kenntnisse in Verwaltung, Maschinenbedingung oder Logistik
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse zu aktuellen Bedrohungen, Sicherheitsmaßnahmen und Datenschutzanforderungen
  • Erfahrung als Dozent (m/w/d), Ausbilder oder in der Erwachsenenbildung von Vorteil
  • Begeisterung für die Vermittlung von Fachwissen und methodisch-didaktisches Geschick
  • Fähigkeit, reale Anwendungsfälle und konkrete Praxisbeispiele verständlich aufzubereiten und zu vermitteln
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Präsentationsmedien und modernen Lernplattformen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- sowie Teamfähigkeit
