Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Nintex K2 Developer to design, develop, implement, and maintain Business Process Management (BPM) and Digital Process Automation (DPA) solutions.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant development experience, with strong hands-on expertise in the Nintex K2 platform, workflow automation, digital forms, and enterprise system integrations.

The role involves translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, optimizing business processes, and supporting the implementation and maintenance of automated workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, configure, and maintain business process automation solutions using Nintex K2.
  • Develop and maintain K2 workflows, SmartForms, SmartObjects, business rules, and approval processes.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and workflow designs.
  • Build automated business processes, including approvals, notifications, escalations, and exception handling.
  • Integrate K2 solutions with enterprise applications, databases, SharePoint, and external systems.
  • Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and SQL Server.
  • Customize K2 applications using C#, .NET, JavaScript, or other relevant technologies where required.
  • Troubleshoot workflow failures, resolve production issues, and optimize application performance.
  • Support solution deployment, testing, documentation, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, project managers, and other technical teams.
  • Ensure solutions meet business, security, performance, and scalability requirements.
  • Recommend improvements to existing workflows and automation processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional development experience.
  • Proven hands-on experience with the Nintex K2 platform, such as K2 Five, K2 Cloud, or K2 blackpearl.
  • Strong experience in BPM, workflow development, and digital process automation.
  • Practical experience with K2 SmartForms, SmartObjects, and workflow design.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database integration.
  • Experience integrating applications through REST APIs and/or SOAP web services.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft technologies.
  • Working knowledge of C#, .NET, and JavaScript for application customization and integration.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with business stakeholders and convert functional requirements into technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing BPM/DPA solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Experience maintaining or migrating legacy K2 applications.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate or other automation platforms.
  • Relevant Nintex/K2 certifications.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
