Build Equipment That Powers Critical Infrastructure

Our new Arlington, Texas manufacturing facility produces electrical power distribution and switchgear equipment used by data centers, utilities, hospitals, and other critical facilities throughout North America. As an Assembler, you'll be part of a growing team helping build products that keep businesses, communities, and critical operations running.

Position Overview

As an Assembler, you will build products and subassemblies using hand tools, work instructions, production drawings, and manufacturing processes. You will work as part of a team focused on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

This is an entry-level manufacturing position with opportunities to learn multiple assembly processes and advance into specialized production roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble products, components, and subassemblies according to work instructions and production drawings
  • Safely use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment
  • Review blueprints, diagrams, and manufacturing documentation
  • Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process
  • Accurately record production information using computer systems
  • Support material movement and product flow within the production area
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
  • Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
  • Identify and communicate quality, material, or safety concerns
  • Participate in continuous improvement and workplace organization activities

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to use basic hand tools safely
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing experience
  • Previous assembly experience
  • Experience using power tools
  • Experience working in a production environment

Shift: Mon-Thus/Tue-Fri 5:45AM-4:15PM

Pay: $22/hr.
