Pay: $16.70 per hour

Location / Work Type: Medical Drive, Lexington, NC 27292 (On-site)

Schedule: Part-Time, Monday – Friday, 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM (No weekends!)

Requirements / Qualifications: High school diploma/GED preferred; background check and drug screen required; prior floor care experience (buffing, stripping, waxing) a must!

What You’ll Do As a Floor Tech (Floor Care Technician / Floor Specialist), you will ensure our client's facility maintains top-notch cleanliness and appearance.

Operate floor care equipment including buffers, scrubbers, and extractors.

Perform routine floor maintenance duties such as sweeping, mopping, stripping, waxing, and burnishing floors.

Support overall facility maintenance and upkeep as needed.

Maintain equipment in clean, safe working condition.

What You Bring To The Team

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience operating floor care equipment preferred (training provided).

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently during evening hours.

Reliable transportation to Medical Drive in Lexington, NC.
