Schedule: Full-Time | 2-2-3 Rotating Shift (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Location: Durham, NC

Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; pass gowning qualification; adhere to dress codes (no makeup/jewelry)

What You’ll Do As a full-time Cleanroom Technician, you will maintain pristine environments within controlled GMP manufacturing facilities:

Perform routine and non-routine room sanitization in regulated areas as our primary sanitization specialist.

Prepare, mix, and dispose of approved cleaning agents following strict rotation and safety standards.

Maintain accurate, contemporaneous records in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and cGMP standards.

Serve as a key sanitation technician by managing cleanroom supply inventory, restocking gowning apparel, and collecting waste.

Complete full cleanroom gowning and follow all environmental safety protocols.

What You Bring To The Team

High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior cGMP or cleanroom cleaning experience is a plus, but not required (we train!).

Strong attention to detail, reliable attendance, and ability to follow written SOPs.

Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
