Janitorial General Cleaner (3rd Shift / Full-Time) Location: Nashville, TN Job Type: Full-Time Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM About The Budd Group Join a trusted industry leader in facility solutions! Facility Sanitation: Perform standard cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal.

Restroom & Locker Room Care: Thoroughly clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms and locker rooms (including ladies' facilities).

Common Area Maintenance: Maintain high standards of cleanliness across floors, entryways, hallways, and shared spaces.

Equipment & Supplies: Safely operate standard cleaning equipment and report supply shortages or building maintenance needs to supervisors.

Safety & Security: Follow all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, proper chemical handling (SDS), and building security procedures.

What We Looking For

Experience: 1+ years of commercial, industrial, or facility janitorial cleaning experience preferred.

Physical Ability: Able to perform physical tasks (bending, standing, walking, stretching) continuously for 8 hours and lift up to 35 lbs repetitively.

Reliability: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a consistent track record of attendance.

Requirements: Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Availability: Dedicated to consistently working 3rd shift hours (Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM).
