Make a Real Impact in Our School Community Join our team as a Full-Time Custodial Team Member at a top-tier charter school in Lexington, SC! This unique midday-to-evening shift allows you to support active school hours and ensure the building is fully reset and sanitized for the next day. If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and take pride in keeping facilities safe and fresh for students, we want to hear from you.   Job Title: Full-Time Day/Evening Janitorial Staff Member Location: Lexington, SC 29072 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (No Weekends!) Pay: $15.00 / hour What You'll Do

Midday & Evening Operations: Handle afternoon spot-cleaning, address immediate spills, and lead the thorough evening cleaning reset.

General Sanitation: Empty trash, dust surfaces, vacuum carpets, and sweep/mop classrooms, hallways, and offices.

Restroom Care: Sanitize, deep clean, and restock restrooms to maintain exceptional hygiene standards.

Facility Upkeep: Keep common areas spotless and welcoming for students, staff, and visitors.

What You Bring

Experience: 1+ years of professional cleaning or custodial experience preferred.

Reliability: Strong work ethic, consistent attendance, and punctuality for every shift.

Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, bend, stand, and stay active throughout your shift.

Professionalism: Ability to pass a mandatory background check and maintain a tidy, uniform appearance in a school environment.
