Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Location/Work Type: On-site (W Innes Street, Salisbury, NC 28144)

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Requirements: Lift/move up to 50 lbs; comfortable standing, walking, bending, and climbing stairs; valid NC driver’s license & reliable transportation; pass background check & drug screen

Groundskeeping & Lawn Care: Maintain campus appearance by removing trash/debris, mowing, edging, and power washing.

Equipment Operation: Safely operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and vehicles as a key Grounds Crew Member and Landscape Maintenance Specialist.

Seasonal Maintenance: Handle leaf removal, gutter cleaning, and snow clearing so you have steady work year-round.

Moving & Setup: Assist with dorm flips, furniture delivery, and replacing broken furniture across campus.

What You Bring To The Team

Ability to physical handle up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout your shift.

Reliable transportation and a valid NC Driver’s License.

Strong work ethic and readiness to complete a background check and drug screening.
