Location / Work Type: On-site | W Innes Street, Salisbury, NC 28144

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Requirements: 2+ years HVAC service/installation experience, valid driver’s license, EPA certification (Type I or II preferred), lift up to 50 lbs, pass background check & drug screen

We believe in taking care of our people through fair pay, great benefits, and clear opportunities to advance.   What You’ll Do As an HVAC Technician, you will work alongside our supportive facilities team to keep equipment running smoothly.

HVAC Maintenance & Repair: Diagnose, service, and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation systems as an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician.

Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine inspections to prevent breakdowns, boost energy efficiency, and act as our trusted HVAC Mechanic on site.

Team Collaboration & Impact: Assist on site improvement projects to ensure safety, reliability, and indoor comfort for all building occupants.

Positive Energy: Bring a helpful, professional, and can-do attitude to every interaction.

  What You Bring To The Team

2+ years of experience working as an HVAC Technician, HVAC Maintenance Technician, or HVAC Mechanic

Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record

EPA Certification (Type I or II preferred)

Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and troubleshooting

Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds, plus pass a background check and drug screen
