What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities As a Janitorial Account Manager (also serving as our primary Janitorial Operations Manager and Facilities Account Manager for the territory), you will lead operational success across 6 schools and 2 district facilities:

Supervise, coach, and inspire a team of ~40 janitorial staff members across 1st and 2nd shifts.

Build strong, trust-based relationships with school principals and district leaders as our brand ambassador.

Conduct routine site audits to ensure clean, safe, and welcoming facility environments that exceed contract standards.

Manage supply inventory, labor hours, and budgets as an effective Janitorial Operations Manager.

Oversee site recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and safety compliance (OSHA).

What You Bring To The Team

Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

Associate’s Degree required (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).

2–5+ years of supervisory or management experience (e.g., hospitality, retail, operations, logistics, or facilities). Direct janitorial experience is a plus, but not required!

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Valid Driver’s License and safe driving record to operate a company vehicle.
