Location/Work Type: On-site / Field-Based (US-76, Laurens, SC 29360) — 100% local field travel across 4–6 sites (max 25 min travel; company vehicle provided; no overnight travel)

Schedule: Full-time Exempt | Monday – Friday (2nd shift operational availability required; rare weekend event work)

Requirements: 3–5 years of supervisory experience in janitorial operations or commercial cleaning; experience managing multi-site field teams; valid Driver’s License with clean record; proficient in MS Office (Excel) & Gmail

Oversee daily operations across 4 to 6 local sites.

Direct daily janitorial operations and supervise, train, coach, and motivate a team of cleaning staff and on-site lead supervisors.

Serve as the primary, polished point of contact for school administrators and site leaders as an Assistant Janitorial Manager to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Conduct regular quality control audits and inspections to ensure sanitation standards consistently exceed expectations.

Manage operational workflows, track labor hours, control expenses, and maintain inventory and equipment budgets.

Enforce local, state, federal, and company safety protocols, chemical handling rules, and environmental procedures.

Maintain personnel records, create staffing plans, and lead employee onboarding and special projects.

What You Bring To The Team

3–5 years of supervisory experience in commercial cleaning, facilities management, or janitorial operations, with a proven track record managing dispersed multi-site teams.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a polished, customer-first mindset.

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) preferred, or equivalent hands-on field experience.

Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and Gmail applications.

Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record (required for company vehicle operation).
