Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Location: Campbell Drive, Hartwell, GA 30643

Requirements: 1 year of janitorial/cleaning experience; ability to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively

What You’ll Do As our Janitorial Section Lead (also working as a Janitorial Team Lead / Cleaning Lead Worker), you will help keep our facility spotless and our cleaning operations running smoothly! Your daily duties include:

Performing general cleaning, pulling trash, dusting, cleaning restrooms, and vacuuming.

Inspecting work areas and checking behind teams of cleaners to ensure tasks meet quality scope standards.

Assisting supervisors with site oversight and leading by example.

What You Bring to the Team

1 year of experience as a Janitorial Section Lead, Cleaning Lead Worker, or commercial custodian.

Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively throughout shift.

Strong attention to detail, reliability, and leadership skills.
