Janitorial Supervisor Great teams need great leaders. Take the lead on 1st shift and help your crew achieve perfection every day!

💰 Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

📍 Location:  Winston Street, Greensboro, NC (On-site)

⏰ Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Full-Time; On-call rotation for weekends/nights)

✅ Requirements: Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience; ability to lift up to 35 lbs; strong team leadership and communication skills

What You’ll Do As a Janitorial Supervisor on our team in Greensboro, you lead daily cleaning operations to keep our client's facility safe, pristine, and running smoothly! Your daily responsibilities as a Cleaning Supervisor will include:

Directly supervising general cleaners, assigning daily work zones, schedules, and project tasks.

Training new team members on cleaning procedures, chemical safety, equipment use, and PPE.

Inspecting completed work regularly, maintaining check-logs, and enforcing safety compliance.

Serving as a hands-on Janitorial Team Lead by managing inventory, participating in the on-call rotation for night/weekend needs, and stepping in to clean when needed.

What You Bring To The Team

At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in janitorial or commercial facility operations.

Flexibility to participate in an on-call rotation for nights and weekends as needed.

Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 35 lbs throughout your shift.

Reliable work ethic, strong organization, and professional communication skills.
