Location/Work Type: On-site at Westmont Drive, Charlotte, NC 28217

Schedule: Full-Time Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Requirements: 1–3 years of landscaping experience; ability to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively; a valid NC driver's license with a good driving record

What You’ll Do As a Landscape Crew Member (Landscaper / Groundskeeper), you’ll be an essential part of keeping our client properties looking clean, green, and beautiful. On a typical day as a Landscape Crew Member, you will:

Operate power equipment for weed eating, grass cutting, and edging.

Perform mulching, pruning, and planting of shrubs and flowers.

Complete general grounds maintenance and special outdoor projects as assigned by your supervisor.

What You Bring to the Team

1–3 years of hands-on landscaping or groundskeeping experience.

Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

A strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive team attitude!

A valid NC driver's license with a good driving record
