We are looking for an ambitious, highly polished, and well-rounded Regional Janitorial Operations Manager to oversee our operations within the Charleston County School District (CCSD) in the West Ashley area.

Location / Work Type: On-site / Regional Site Visits (W Wildcat Blvd, Charleston, SC 29414; ~40% local travel)

Schedule: Full-time, Salaried (Flexible 9-to-5 schedule; includes 24/7 on-call availability for night and weekend operational support)

Requirements: 2–5 years of multi-site supervisory/management experience (or a 4-year degree), valid driver’s license, and background in large-scale commercial facilities or B2B service delivery

What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities for Regional Janitorial  Manager In this high-impact role, you will serve as the operational cornerstone for approximately 20 educational facilities, leading a dedicated team of 5 Account Managers and supporting 250 frontline employees. If you are a high-caliber leader who brings positive energy to every challenge, takes pride in exceptional standards, and is eager to step onto a path of continuous professional growth, we want you on our team!  

Team Development: Directly lead, mentor, and accountability-manage 5 Account Managers overseeing ~250 frontline team members.

Budget & Financial Oversight: Drive profitability, control labor and supply costs, and manage multi-site operating budgets.

Client Relations & Quality Control: Perform routine site inspections, ensure strict contract compliance, and build lasting client partnerships.

Safety & Operations: Serve as the regional safety champion, ensuring site-specific safety training, compliance, and equipment maintenance.

24/7 Responsiveness: Provide operational guidance and emergency escalation support across all operating shifts.

What You Bring To The Team as a Regional Janitorial  Manager

2 to 5 years of progressive management experience in facilities management, commercial cleaning, or B2B service industries.

Four-year college degree or equivalent technical/work experience.

Demonstrated track record of developing frontline managers and driving team engagement.

Financial acumen with experience managing operational budgets and labor metrics.

Professional communication skills, strong presentation skills, and a commitment to high-visibility leadership.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
