Ce vei face:

  • PromovA produsele bancii ( depozite ) si vei face propuneri alternative clientilor, atat in agentie cat si pe teren, in deplasarile pentru promovarea produselor bancii;
  • Creste volumul si calitatea portofoliului de clienti ;
  • Identifica si contacta potentialilor clienti ;
  • Gasi solutia potrivita pentru nevoile si asteptarile clientilor;
  • Realiza planul de vanzari lunar, trimestrial, anual;
  • Redacta rapoarte periodice legate de evolutia portofoliului de clienti, activitatea de prospectare si situatia vanzarilor.

Ce ai nevoie pentru a reusi:

  • Studii superioare finalizate (domeniul economic prezinta un avantaj);
  • Experienta minim 2 ani in domeniul bancar, pe o pozitie similara ;
  • Personalitate dinamica cu excelente capacitati de comunicare, negociere si relationare interpersonala;
  • Persoana ambitioasa, cu initiativa si orientata catre rezultate;
  • Spirit de echipa, creativitate, gandire pozitiva si orientat catre rezultate;
  • Cunoasterea limbii engleze ( prezinta un avantaj ) ;
  • Permis de conducere – categoria B.
